Shipping fees are estimated based on a Canada Post Parcel Services calculator and is dependant on both weight, size and destination. I have found the Canada Post Shipping Calculator to be quite accurate for smaller orders, but less accurate for bulk & wholesale orders. Please be assured that I refund shipping overages should there be any. If you have any questions regarding the accuracy of a shipping quote offered on the site, please feel free to message me and I will look into shipping the shipping quote for your purchase.
Some items, including our 63g bars, wipes, unpaper towels, bread bags, panty liners, lip balm, & deodorant are slim and light enough that they can be sent via Canada Post lettermail at a reduced cost. If you would like your package to ship via lettermail, please indicate this in the notes at the checkout and we will refund the difference between the parcel services you select and pay for at the checkout and the lettermail shipping fees for your order.
(Please note that lettermail does not include tracking or insurance, and while it does not happen often, can become lost in transit).
LOCAL ORDERS – PICKUPS
I normally place orders in the mail within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated in the listing – i.e. custom orders for soap loaves and wedding/party favours require a minimum of 3-4 week lead time). Public holidays may cause minor delays. If you need your package urgently do let me know and I will do my best to expediate the order filling process. Also, if you require your order in a rush, it is recommended that you select the expedited or priority shipping option offered by Canada Post.
Please also be sure to check that your shipping address is listed correctly. While I want all of our customers to be satisfied and receive their orders in a timely fashion, Glorious Life will not be responsible for additional shipping fees should your package become lost, or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided.
I currently accept payment via credit card, or e-transfer.
Please note that credit card processing is via a trusted third party processing company (SQUARE) and no credit card information is retained by Glorious Life.
REFUND / EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
I want everyone to be happy with their purchase and try my best at all times to describe each item in my shop with the utmost attention to detail and make a point of accurately representing items from different angles with multiple photos. I encourage you to read the description carefully and contact Glorious Life if you have any questions before making your purchase.
If for some reason you are not happy please contact me as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the product I am not able to accept exchanges but I am sure we can work out a suitable arrangement. If you wish to cancel your purchase and your package has not been shipped, I am happy to provide a refund (with the exception of custom made products that have been crafted specifically for your order – i.e. soap loaves).
If your item is returned to Glorious Life because it was unable to be delivered I will contact you and offer you the option to have the item resent or to refund your money minus shipping costs incurred. If the non-delivery was due to a wrong or insufficient address then you will be asked to submit additional shipping fees before the package is resent. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate to avoid these additional fees and delays.
