3 ~ 4″ x 4″ Hot & Cold Packs crafted with organic rice and unbleached, undyed cotton fabric
1 ~ 12″ x 4″ Large Washable Flannel Cover with 3 cavities to hold each of the hot / cold packs in place and crafted with unbleached, undyed cotton flannel
1 ~ 4″ x 4″ Small Washable Flannel Cover to hold individual hot / cold packs and crafted with unbleached, undyed cotton flannel

Sooth your sore muscles with this organic rice therapy bag with washable flannel covers.
Simply select the size you need and insert 1 or all 3 of the reusable natural heating pads (organic rice packs) into the small or large flannel covers (both sizes included).
For a hot pack simply warm in the microwave, or freeze for a cold pack.
The small size works well as a hand warmer or for small aches while the larger size is 12″ long and works well as an organic rice neck warmer.
The flannel covers are washable and work well to extend the life of your reusable hot cold packs.
