This privacy policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through gloriouslifesoap.com.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), and if you contact me directly.
COMMENTS
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
MEDIA
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
CONTACT FORMS
Glorious Life keeps contact form submissions for a period of 1 year for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through the contact form for marketing purposes. By using the contact form you are consenting to this transmission of your personal information.
COOKIES
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

WHY I NEED YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION & HOW I USE IT
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, which include:

DATA RETENTION
I retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information of if it is needed for legal reasons.
– Complain: If you reside in the EU and wish to raise concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

WHAT DATA BREACH PROCEDURES WE HAVE IN PLACE
